日前，埃塞俄比亞規(guī)劃發(fā)展部前國務(wù)部長、北京大學南南合作與發(fā)展學院非洲學生代表西姆就如何促進中非合作接受中國新聞網(wǎng)采訪。據(jù)他觀察，民營企業(yè)不僅效率高，且具有較強的生產(chǎn)力和競爭力，是中非未來合作的關(guān)鍵元素。

　　西姆認為，中非民營企業(yè)合作必須重視知識與信息交流，以充分利用金融、自然等資源進行發(fā)展。雙方可集思廣益，不斷產(chǎn)生新的想法，中非未來的伙伴關(guān)系將比過去更好。(王高飛 陳彩霞)

　　Private sector is full of efficiency, productivity, competitiveness, making them critical elements of in the future China-Africa cooperation, noted Endalkachew Sime, Former Ethiopian Minister of Planning and Development, PhD Candidate at the Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development of Peking University, during an interview with China News Network.

　　Sime thinks Africa-China cooperation must prioritize the exchange of knowledge and information to fully leverage financial, natural resources for development.
